We currently seek an experienced Customer Service candidate who can develop relationships with our clients, think outside the box and who has excellent computer skills and grow with our company.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Answer incoming calls and quote pricing to customers Provide insight as the services we offer Entering orders into the system and setting up new accounts Processing credit cards Assist with Billing and Invoicing Work closely with sales reps and internal employees regarding orders Initiate collection calls Qualifications would include:
ERP knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics SL or Great Plains, SAP, Oracle, Lotus, NetSuite, or any other database driven software Professional Demeanor Computer Savvy including Microsoft Office Systems At least 3 years customer service experience Data Entry skills Excellent communication skills - well spoken with the ability to maintain professionalism during customer conversations We offer a generous wage and benefit package including Medical, Life, 401(k) Disability, Vacation and Paid time off.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
