You will screen all admission referrals for an appropriate placement, including medical/clinical needs and insurance/financial approvals while maintaining professional relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, social workers, and community agencies.
Education & Experience Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Point Click Care and Microsoft Office preferred Compassionate customer service skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
