Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Order Fulfillment:
Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring that products are handled with care to maintain quality.
Inventory Management:
Assist in managing inventory levels by conducting regular counts, restocking shelves, and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
Quality Control:
Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet our company's standards and specifications.
Loading and Unloading:
Safely and efficiently load and unload shipments, using appropriate equipment and following proper safety protocols.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of received and shipped goods, and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other warehouse team members to achieve daily operational goals and contribute to a positive working environment.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment is a plus.
