) or anyone who seeks to enter Bratenahl Place Association offices, and then asks them to remain stationary until notification and approval has been authorized for such entry into and within the facility.
Checks the identification of all parties wishing to gain access to Bratenahl Place Association buildings (I or II) and related facilities without an escort, and if proper identification is not provided, prevents these parties from gaining such access.
Monitors and/or maintains access control logs of people entering Bratenahl Place Association buildings and facilities including visitors, those seeking employment, consultants, contractors, temporaries, and regular employees.
This may also include documenting or otherwise recording the people leaving the building.
Documents all security-relevant, unusual, or suspicious events in the guard's log.
These logs provide important evidence for investigations as well as important indicators of conditions that could soon turn into security issues.
Monitors the materials that people remove from Bratenahl Place Association premises to ensure that all outgoing equipment is accompanied by an authorized property pass.
Monitors the status of remote closed-circuit TV cameras, environmental sensors (such as fire detection systems, burglary alarm drops) and other building and facilities control and alarm gear.
NOTE:
Some of these systems may be gradually integrated into the Guard House and may be accompanied by video taping gear.
Patrols Bratenahl Place offices and facilities during and after hours to ensure that door locks remain secured, that security lighting remains turned on, and that environmental control systems (such as fire, burglar, condensation, and detection systems) remain functional.
Notifies local police, local paramedic services, local rescue services, and the local fire department, including emergency notifications for maintenance related issues, as needed according to procedures defined by the Property Manager and/or those policies as outlined by One Bratenahl Place Association.
Immediately notifies the Property Manager and other designated personnel from the management team of any activity that could be reasonably expected to lead to a major loss for Bratenahl Place Condominium Association (i.
e.
, a leaky roof, pipes, infrastructure damage, loitering by suspicious people in a parking lot, car accident on Bratenahl Place Condominium Association premises, etc.
).
Performs and responds to scheduled daily tasks and related professional duties as outlined by One Bratenahl Place Condominium Association's procedures.
Note that Security Officers are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and provide Security/Safety related services to all residents and their guests.
