In this dynamic and highly visible role, you will be a trusted partner to the Felux leadership team, particularly the CEO, in driving operational excellence.
As a trusted advisor, you will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to enable communication, collaboration, strategy execution, and the delivery of key projects across the business.
Your responsibilities will include both directed work initiated by the Felux leadership team, as well as self-directed work in the service of leadership goals.
This position requires a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and to a high degree of quality.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong interest in technology and start-up culture; excellent organization, communication, and strategic problem-solving abilities; the ability to influence and drive outcomes; and a strong commitment to excellence.
What you'll do:
Strategic business support:
Task prioritization and managing up, to ensure that the CEO remains focused on the most important, high-impact items for the company.
You will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing critical issues and relevant information to facilitate informed and efficient decision-making.
Manage the Objectives & Key Results (OKR) process for the wider company and work closely with leadership on goal-setting and tracking to ensure a culture of accountability and ownership.
Facilitate meetings and document agendas, key takeaways, and action items.
Drive timely follow-up on key initiatives.
Be a champion for proactive communication and collaboration across the business.
Keep leadership abreast of promising new ideas and proposals from all areas of the business and beyond to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Partner with the CEO, leadership team, and other business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives, drive projects, and execute and monitor our business strategy.
Interface regularly with key internal and external stakeholders, including board members, directors, clients, staff, and more, often communicating directly on behalf of the CEO.
Administrative support and project management:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings and handling travel arrangements.
Coordinate and manage team and company meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up.
Assist in planning and execution of team and company events.
Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential and non-routine information with the utmost discretion.
Implement and maintain procedures and administrative systems.
Document processes, policies and best practices to share across the business with the goal of increasing structure, efficiency and transparency.
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the office (food, supplies, deliveries, etc).

How Felux will support you:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
