We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team based in location .
In this role, you'll:
Manage inbound and outbound shipments:
Coordinate with internal departments to process product orders, receive deliveries, register packages and letters, and distribute them efficiently within the company.
Optimize warehouse operations:
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and cataloging of inventory using Shipp Station or similar software.
Plan logistics for large shipments, ensuring sufficient storage space and staffing.
Master shipping processes:
Utilize UPS Worldship or equivalent software to schedule shipments, pick and pack individual orders accurately, and troubleshoot any shipping or inventory issues.
Utilize computer skills:
Proficient in MS Office Suite and warehouse management software (Shipp Station preferred) to document shipment schedules, track inventory levels, and handle customer inquiries.
Maintain international shipping compliance:
Familiarity with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements is a plus.
Operate warehouse equipment:
Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move large or heavy goods.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively.
Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
