As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the efficient flow of products within our facility.
Key
Responsibilities:
Receiving and Inspection:
Receive incoming shipments, verify the accuracy of the products against packing slips, and inspect for any damages.
Report discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.
Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventories.
Order Picking and Packing:
Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking and packing products according to packing lists.
Ensure proper labeling and packaging standards are met.
Shipping:
Prepare shipments for outbound transportation, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups.
Stocking and Restocking:
Keep warehouse shelves organized and ensure that products are properly stocked.
Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when restocking is necessary.
Equipment Operation:
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet our company's standards.
Maintaining a Clean and Safe Workspace:
Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to create a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
