This key position will be responsible for inventory management, maintaining safety standards, and directing shipping, receiving, and display building on a daily basis.
This role will provide leadership support by ensuring continued performance standards are met by employees.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high level of accuracy, strong leadership skills, inventory management knowledge, safety awareness, and organization.

What You'll Be Doing:
Leads and manages a team responsible for shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities and implements receiving and inspection procedures for inbound materials.
Streamlines process for LTL shipping to include requesting quotes from CT logistics and improving the 3PL process.
Establishes and maintains shipping procedures for incoming and outgoing orders to ensure standards of accuracy and high levels of order fulfillment.
Ensures timely and accurate receiving, staging, planning, distribution, delivery and replenishment of finished goods and materials.
Establishes and maintains metrics for department.
Utilizes Macola (ERP software) to maintain accurate inventory levels, status on orders, display needs.
Prepares and controls all shipping/receiving paperwork on job-related equipment, raw materials, parts, supplies and tools.
Maintains an organized department using 5S practices.
More about You:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
A minimum of (4) four years of experience in a warehousing environment dealing specifically with supervising a team, inventory management, and small and large package shipping.
Effective leadership and team management skills.
