Trauma Complex Surgical Personnel Manager will oversee/work with:
Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers Number of beds on unit:

Required
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Current registered nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
At least 5 years of experience as a registered nurse.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
Nursing certification in specialty area or in nursing management/leadership (e.
g.
, CNML, NE-BC).
Current AHA certification(s) relevant to clinical practice area (as outlined in the RN Clinical Nurse job description).
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
