Oak Tree Veterinary Hospital is looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to be one of our Customer Service Representative.
This position will work at our front desk directly with clients and other team members.
The right candidate will be organized, have the skills necessary to multitask effectively and efficiently, and have excellent team-building and communication skills.
Our practice is customer focused and requires the right person to create a positive environment so we can deliver the best experience for clients and patients.
In addition to exceptional communication and organizational skills, the ideal applicant will lead in a positive, yet productive way.
Experience with digital marking is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities Warmly greet clients and pets by name Answer phones promptly and professionally using a multi-line phone system Evaluation of medical records and directing medical information and clients to appropriate staff member Medical record skills Efficiency scheduling appointments according hospital guidelines Great personality and communication skills Efficient at taking payment and recording correctly.
We are located in a terrific suburban area and are only a short drive to downtown Cleveland.
We are close to the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, Case Western Reserve University, Baldwin Wallace University, and Cleveland State University.
