It will offer a mix between project work both remote and on-site
help desk duties.
You will be at times the first line of troubleshooting and resolving problems directly from customers via telephone and our ticketing system.
Set up and provision new users and computers, as well as assist other techs on other projects.
Participate in weekly meetings to share tactics and technological insights.
All client documentation must be kept up to date.
Must be able to keep track of tasks and be detail-aware Work with automations available in our management systems, PowerShell, and other tools You must track your time and service requests must be worked through the ticketing system.
