$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR Manor Care, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.
The Social Worker is responsible to provide medically related social work services so that each resident may attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
