Responsibilities:
Provide world-class service during every interaction with clientele via incoming calls and emailsSchedule travel and other accommodations based on individual needsProactively communicate any changes, delays or other potential disservice concernsProvide daily quality control of all trip detailsWork closely with operations/internal departments to resolve conflicts and serve as an owner advocate when appropriateWhat you'll need to succeed:
Availability to work some weekends and holidays1-3 years of customer service experience in a high-end service industryProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook)Have strong attention to detailProfessional and PolishedAbility to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast paced environmentStrong interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected levelInterested in learning more?
