We are hiring immediately for an experienced Customer Service Representative with Account Manager experience for its location in Cleveland, OH.
Customer Service Account Representative Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
Account management; data entry; order processing functions.
Communicates with clients, sales team, and operations concerning order status/tracking results.
Respond to client inquiries regarding job status, pricing, billing and capabilities.
Generates sales orders utilizing established guidelines.
Maintains daily update of production schedule/communicates changes to client as necessary.
Investigates client complaints determine mutually acceptable solutions.
Coordinates / monitors customer releases and inventory management.
Alerts supervisor/manager of possible issues which may lead to customer dissatisfaction.
Directly support Client Service Manager, Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives.
Performs other duties as assigned/required.
Customer Service Account Representative Requirements/
Qualifications:
Minimum education required is a High School Diploma / equivalent.
Associate degree preferred.
4-5 years of client service account management skills.
Strong computer skills including MS Office and Internet are required.
SAP and Hagen experience preferred.
Ability to work well with external and internal clients at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be detail oriented and able to multitask in fast-paced, deadline-driven.
Customer Service Account Representative Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Environment is typically general office May spend short periods in the manufacturing environment with exposure including but not limited to dust, dirt, high noise levels and variations in temperature.
Occasional exposure to one or more unpleasant or hazardous conditions.
