POSITION
Summary:
The Pre-Access Rep I position provides exceptional customer service to customers who are calling to schedule, cancel and confirm appointments across the Health Center departments in a fast paced call center environment.
This position also pre-registers, verifies insurance coverage and provides third party benefit education to customers.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Required length of
Experience:
One (1) year in a healthcare setting strongly preferred but not required.
Location:
Southwest General Pre Access Management Schedule:
FULL-TIME, Days, Mon - Thurs 9:
30am - 6pm; Fri 8:
30am - 5pm.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
