We are seeking a Vice President of Housing Operations to oversee our portfolio of five residential apartment communities that provide fully accessible housing for people with mobility disabilities.
This position reports to the President.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual with significant depth of property management experience and a sincere drive to help provide high quality housing for people with mobility disabilities.
Primary responsibilities include:
Overseeing operations of the five Vistas Accessible Apartment Communities; Under the direction of the President, managing daily operational activities of the Vistas program, including tenant relations, financial management, program compliance, and facilities planning and prioritization.
Directing and developing three direct reports.
The candidate we are looking for will possess:
Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, non-profit management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a regional property manager, senior property manager supervising multiple sites, or equivalent position.
Understands and values accessibility, independence, and inclusion for people with disabilities as organizational operating principles.
