Responsible for maintaining and administering a large, complex network infrastructure.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with documentation, equipment lifecycle management, providing first-level technical support for a network refresh project.

Actively work on weekly site migrations which involves replacing network gear with new products; SD-WAN routers, LAN switch and access points.
Takes direction from the project team, follows concise installation runbooks, directs remote technical vendor through the migration checklist.
Learns and follows recommended IT standards (e.
g.
info security, compliance, etc.
) and operational best practices.
Technical/Functional Competencies:
Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Experience with Cisco and/or HPE-Aruba CLI command structure.
Experience with Cisco SD-WAN, vManage.
Working knowledge of routing protocol operation, including both interior and exterior routing protocol operation.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting WAN circuits such as MPLS, DIA and Broadband services.
Experience in implementation/support of switches, routers, & wireless access points.
At least 3-5 years' experience working in an enterprise environment with LAN, regional MPLS networks including multiple remote site offices.
Cisco, HPE or Aruba certifications are a plus Wants.
