Here's what you'll be doing as IT Helpdesk-Data Analyst Investigate Desktop PC issues submitted through ticketing system; Identify and apply solutions for common computer problems Update existing inventory management system with current users and location of devices in production Install updates for windows-based server operating systems Create/disable Active Directory user accounts for new hires and terminating employees Investigate error reports generated and review with team manager to correct any issues Document and maintain all technical procedures in easy to follow how-to guides Review support tickets and assist where possible to ensure timely response to all IT related requests QUALIFICATIONS Associates Degree or higher in a computer related discipline Strong working knowledge of Server/Client applications including Microsoft Exchange Basic understanding of the following preferred:
SQL, Windows 10 environment, Office365 Apps such as Word and Excel.
