As an HR Generalist, you will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies.
Additional responsibilities of the HR Generalist include:
  • Conducting employee onboarding and helping organize training & development initiatives
  • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
