Selected candidates will deliver and sustain capabilities in a fast-paced SAFe agile development environment.
Work includes collaborating on systems and solutions supporting large portfolios from business, analysis, technical, systems, data, and enterprise functions.
CACI is looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery skills.
The desired candidate will be a servant leader to an Agile team.
They will interface with client personnel and use oral and written communications skills to develop great working relationships with stakeholders including customer Product Owners.
Responsibilities include:
Coach and lead an agile team within a scaled agile frameworkFacilitate team breakouts to plan work and create PI objectives during PI PlanningFacilitate planning and execution of work during a Program Increment through sprint planning, retrospectives, and demosFacilitate backlog refinement by collaborating with the product owners and business analystsTrack and remove impediments to improve agile team s efficiency and effectiveness; reaching out to the larger organizational network for impediment removal; ensuring cross-team coordinationMaintain relevant metrics to understand how well the team is doing and identify areas of improvementPerform capacity planning to help teams plan iterations and incrementsCollaborate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and ensure consistency across teamsLiaison with architects, cyber security SMEs, and other stakeholders; fostering quality communication between engineering disciplinesManage product releases and dependencies between teams and third parties or between assigned teams and other Scrum teamsSupport development of product roadmapsCoach the team to continuously improve and become a high performing teamDevelop new processes and refine existing processes to enhance quality and productivityStrengthen the presence of the team within the Agile communities of practice and actively contribute to the organization s Agile CommunityEnsure appropriate capacity for assigned Epics and FeaturesProvide guidance to the team, and facilitate impediment resolution to meet technical performance and business objectiveYou ll Bring These QualificationsBachelor s degree or equivalent, and seven years of related experienceCertified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master with significant experience coaching Scrum teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong Agile background, with a minimum of three (3) years experience leading teams using an Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approachHighly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starterMust be a U.

Citizen and able to pass an IT-1 background investigation.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Advanced SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner, or any other Scaled Agile CertificationExperience supporting Federal government projectsExperience supporting modernization and cloud initiativesAbility to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideasCompany Overview:
