Summary:
As a Project Architect, you will lead and manage a diverse range of architectural projects. This role calls for direct client interaction, project team management, and budget oversight to deliver exceptional architectural outputs.Key
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of preliminary layouts and detailed design drawings from initial sketches, field data, and architectural inputs. Conduct thorough research and site investigations to inform design decisions. Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Engage in project cost estimation and provide detailed reports and assessments to clients. Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service and innovative solution delivery. Manage multiple project priorities efficiently and effectively. Required Skills and
Qualifications:
7 to 15 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. A Professional Degree in Architecture. Active Registration as an Architect (RA). Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with Revit and SketchUp is highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning. Preferred:
LEED Green Associate or LEED AP certification.
