Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Field Maintenance Technician. This role is critical in ensuring that all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical repairs and installations in various settings
- Strong knowledge of exterior and interior repairs
- Conduct drywall installation, repair, and finishing.
- Handle basic plumbing tasks, including repairs and installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with the management team to complete projects on schedule.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Field Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong electrical skills, including experience with wiring, fixtures, and controls.
- Experience in drywall installation, finishing, and repair.
- Basic plumbing skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and fix common issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good physical condition and strength.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training is a plus.
- Valid driver s license and clean driving record.
