Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production specifications - Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients thoroughly and consistently - Monitor mixing process to ensure proper texture, consistency, and quality of products - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment - Maintain accurate records of ingredients used and production quantities - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Experience:
- Standing for long periods of time, bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs.
) are part of the typical work day - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately - Additional duties may be assigned as needed Job Type:
