We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team.
As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of call center representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support - Set performance goals and targets for the team, monitoring progress and providing feedback - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations - Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to optimize call center operations and enhance customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities - Monitor call center metrics and generate reports on performance, identifying areas for improvement - Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of customer service
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing a call center or customer service team - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish - Experience in sales or upselling is highly desirable - Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
