Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.


Responsibilities:

  • Vacuuming
  • Mopping
  • Bonneting
  • Extraction (wet/dry)
  • Strip & wax floor
  • Carpet spot removal
  • Transport equipment, tools and supplies
  • Move furniture before/after clean
  • Communicate changes, progress or problem areas


Qualifications:

  • Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred
  • A drug test will be required
  • 3
    years of experience
  • Must be able to pass MVR
  • Must be familiar with floor work (Carpet extraction, bonneting, stripping, waxing, etc.)
  • Floor Care Experience is required.
  • Knowledge on scrub cleaning floor and carpet spot cleaning

Compensation:
$14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
