Position at SBM Management
SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Bonneting
- Extraction (wet/dry)
- Strip & wax floor
- Carpet spot removal
- Transport equipment, tools and supplies
- Move furniture before/after clean
- Communicate changes, progress or problem areas
Qualifications:
- Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred
- A drug test will be required
- 3
years of experience - Must be able to pass MVR
- Must be familiar with floor work (Carpet extraction, bonneting, stripping, waxing, etc.)
- Floor Care Experience is required.
- Knowledge on scrub cleaning floor and carpet spot cleaning

Compensation:
$14.50 - $16.00 per hour
