Training and Technical Support Administrator Job Responsibilities:- Gain an understanding of our individual customer's training needs and document this information in the appropriate database system - Proactively communicate (recertification reminders) and coordinate SIFCO technician re-certifications - Maintain trainee certificate database - Proactively search for training sales opportunities - Manage Cadmium CD recert program (reminder, quote, order entry, order closure, issue certificates, file, etc) - Prepare Technical Service Bulletins as directed and manage list - Identify applications from all ASC locations, gather information, create, communicate worldwide and maintain application exchange database. - Revise equipment operating instruction manual revisions/updates - Effectively manage SIFCO Plater Training Program Requirements - Maintain and enhance training program information, tools and continue training program development (with supervision) - Provide billing information as required to Finance and Accounting and document activity - Assist Inside Sales and Support representatives as needed with technical calls and quotations, following established procedures - Travel up to 50% of the time to conduct training Additional Training requirements will include: Conduct SIFCO Process training- After 9 months of hire - conduct in-house 2 day cad/zn-ni training - After 1 year of hire - conduct in-house 4 day basic training - After 1 year of hire - conduct on-site cad/zn-ni training on-site - After 2 years of hire - conduct on-site basic training Qualifications: - Technical Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years work experience in related industry. - Equivalent work experience and knowledge to effectively perform the activities of this function would be considered. - Demonstrated proficiency in document management, MS Office and technical document development. - Strong writing skills. - Training and presentation experience desirable. - Competitive salary- The opportunity to join an established and reputable company with a professional and dedicated staff; Competitive pay and benefit package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, Life, Disability, Flexible Benefits Plan, Matching 401(k), Tuition Reimbursement, Vacation, Holiday pay and incentive plan. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
