Manager of Administrative Systems Integration PURPOSE OF POSITION: Provide leadership and support to staff responsible for the management and integration the administrative insurance systems. Supervise and coordinate integration and development initiatives for new and Legacy systems that support the business objectives. GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide support and guidance to the integration team responsible for the configuration of new and existing lines of business. - Outline, test, and implement technology initiatives based on user-defined business requirements. - Develop information system strategies and implement administrative solutions. - Analyze user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve processing. - Continually monitors individual progress to insure meeting of specific deadlines. - Maintains the scope and schedule of the project to ensure deadlines are met. - Define and enforce a structured process for testing and deployment of administrative system enhancements. - Examine master insurance policies/certificates and other plan documentation and understand how each will be supported administratively. - Provides general direction, assigns specific tasks and responsibilities, evaluates and mentors business analysts. - Leads and coordinates project update meetings, and documents project status and issues. - Provides direction to cross-functional project teams including assignment of individual responsibilities, tasks and technical functions. - Possesses a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources and uses them to effectively coordinate team members and IT resources. - Actively pursues, troubleshoots and solves operational issues. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:- Bachelor's degree in a technically relevant discipline or equivalent experience. - 5-7 years of business relevant experience - Minimum two years supervising staff in project management or business analysis role. - Professional experience supporting the use of 3rd party business applications. - Systems integration experience - Knowledge and experience using project management software - Strong analytical and problem solving skills ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Operate

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
