P.C. Support Analyst Description: Full-time (80 hours per pay) 9am- 5:30 pm and/or 7am-3:30 pm Includes weekend rotation- Provides hardware support to the user
. - Provides software support to the user community. - Communicates effectively with colleagues, clients and vendors regarding support issues. - Processes daily job and procedure schedule. - Directs work to improve department performance and customer satisfaction. - Performs other duties as requested. Requirements:- High School Diploma or Equivalent. - Excellent communication, analytical and customer service skills. - Organizational and time management skills. - Three years experience to include configuring, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing PC desktop equipment and peripherals. - A , MCP and Help Desk certification preferred. - Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. - Previous healthcare experience preferred. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
