HR Administrator and Payroll Coordinator We are an ISO 9001:2008 and TS16949:2009 certified company that provides high quality, low cost; rubber, silicone, and plastic molded components, systems and solutions to the automotive, industrial, commercial, medical, electronic, and consumer markets. We have manufacturing facilities Cleveland, China and Mexico. The open position below is located in our Cleveland manufacturing facility. We have a union workforce ( 150 hourly employees) and 30 salaried employees. We offer a full benefit package for this position. Resumes must include salary requirements. HR Administrator duties:- Administration, monitoring and record-keeping for company and (union) contractual requirements such as FMLA, leaves of absence, vacations, and other benefits with government record-keeping requirements. - First point of contact for hourly employees regarding benefits and wage/job issues - Managing documentation and information for wages and time keeping, including overtime and all required records for pop's attendance program. - Coordinating the orientation of new salaried and hourly personnel including all required documents (company policy and government regulations) - Maintaining and developing the filing system for employee records including training, reviews, benefits and employment documentation for government compliance - Tracking of status changes for employees including transfers of

, shift changes, pay changes, sick time and personal time Payroll Administrator duties:- All functions related to hourly payroll including normal working hours; overtime; vacation; paid leave; unpaid leave deductions; unemployment claims. - Compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding taxes and reporting requirements - Audit of hourly pay procedures being used by supervisors to ensure hourly wages are in compliance with company requirements - Assistance in managing the record-keeping and other administration requirements for the accounting function. - Creating payroll reports as needed for coordination of timekeeping and payroll records - Resolution of issues related to hourly employee pay discrepancies MYK62683JR

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
