Our client, a leading manufacturer of identification products is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This position would be the internal champion for the customer's needs. The right candidate would be able to effectively manage the process of entering, tracing and expediting orders, while resolving problems that arise. The candidate needs to be curious and creative in identifying real customer problems/needs and able to generate solutions that convey professionalism, concern and appreciation. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
