You'll take full responsibility for delivery and development of the on-site effectiveness of your entire team. That means overseeing up to a number of resourcing managers or team leaders, each with their own group of recruiters to manage. At the same time, you'll handle client relationships at senior level and actively promote options for service improvement. The scale of the challenge is unusual - but so is the opportunity to develop your management expertise and have real influence over the solutions we offer. These roles provide you scope to manage much larger teams then before, which will combine both volume and specialist roles, within FTSE 250 organisations.

Accountabilities
Take responsibility for the account development of targets, budgets and SLAs, alongside your Head of Client
services
Lead and monitor the teams' delivery of the best practice operating model for the account
Drive account management to ensure customer satisfaction at all times, through accurate data and MI
Liaise with senior contacts within the client to develop and maintain business plans
Share responsibility for P&L
Identify process improvements through regular reviews and feedback
Committed to the development of direct reports, personally
Skills and experience
It's essential that your background is either in RPO or on-site recruitment management.
A good networker, you should have experience of managing multiple teams through managers and proven success in driving and achieving targets.
A track record of developing and delivering business plans and recruitment strategies is also required.
Understanding of all resourcing practices including compliance, optimising sourcing channels, consistent management information, third party supplier management and talent pooling passive candidates.
Experience of delivering SLAs around effectiveness, timeliness, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services & customer satisfaction is vital.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
