Cleveland, OH- Lumen Legal is currently working with a large corporation headquartered in Cleveland, OH who is in need of a Commercial Contracts Attorney for a part-time temporary assignment. The successful candidate will have 5
years experience reviewing /drafting/negotiating a variety of contracts including: IT, supply chain, and vendor agreements.
Candidates must be actively licensed, in good standing, in at least 1 US jurisdiction. This position requires 20 hours /week on-site at the client's Cleveland, OH office. Remote work is not an option. This assignment is long term for an indefinite duration. This is an ideal position for attorneys who have their own transactional practice and are looking to augment their workload.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
