We are currently seeking a Market Rate Regional Property Manager to lead, manage and oversee multiple properties in various phases of development, construction, and lease-up. Position will require regular travel to communities within the portfolio which is a combination of both market-rate and affordable communities.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
o 5
years of experience in property management with recent experience in a Class A Market Rate environment in a Regional Property Manager or Director role.
o Ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelors degree in a business related field.
o Must have strong experience with Class A Luxury market-rate communities.
o Strong asset/portfolio management and operational experience.
o Exceptional leadership, management, and coaching capabilities.
o Outstanding communication skills.
o Knowledge of YARDI software. Prefer candidate with Yieldstar, Level one, and Lead 2 Lease experience.
