This person is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment to provide the necessary PM services and support.Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Supervise the hourly work force with priority given to maintenance.
Keeps time cards and other routine records.
Inspects work for completeness.
Plan the daily activities.
Communicate with first, second and third shift production supervisors regarding the job priorities for maintenance associates.
Anticipate the needs and procure the necessary parts, supplies, and outside services to accomplish the task of supporting all departments.
Comply with applicable regulations including but not limited to OSHA, N.E.C., N.F.P.A., O.E.P.A., U.S.E.P.A., R.C.R.A., and D.O.T.
Make decisions concerning priorities, how repairs will be made, expenditures for routine parts and supplies, and answer grievances.
Implement and maintain CMMS/PM/TPM system.
Maintain necessary inventory levels in the maintenance department.
Keep permits and inspections current.
Support internal and external audits.
Assist in the troubleshooting of equipment (Examples Allen Bradley PLC s, rectifiers, drives and hydraulic systems)
Experience with Control Logix processors and software.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Directly supervises Maintenance Department associates. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, resolving problems and addressing grievance

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
