This position's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, project management, budget management, oversight of technical operations relating to engineering services, managing personnel, proposal development and schedule management.
Bachelor's Degree in engineering.
Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
Ability to write general and technical specifications and prepare project bidding packages in an accurate and timely fashion.
Ability to provide accurate, professional and informative assistance when working with customers, co-workers and staff.
Demonstrated experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
Skills in the field of electronics, optics and measuring equipment highly desired.
Exceptional communication and organization skills.
Superior presentation skills.
Previous experience working with intellectual property is a plus.
Experienced in managing multiple tasks & new product lines.
Prior experience managing departmental budget.
Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to travel as needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
