We seek to recruit an upbeat, tech savvy customer care professional to improve upon the value they deliver to our customers. Specifically, the client aims to validate the return on investment that our digital, print and face-to-face advertisers expect. Success in this role will require that you get to know each and every customer's needs, challenges and expectations so that you can intelligently advocate for response. This is a new position and will require that processes and protocols for organizing client lists and executing customer service calls/emails/communications be established, tested and modified as necessary for optimum results.
Cross and upselling to the existing client base is a natural outcome of your efforts. Likewise, spend reduction for a portion of clients is expected also. The ultimate goal is ensuring that the customer is receiving value for each and every dollar they spend with the client. Performance will be measured by customer retention and positive feedback from clients and colleagues.
Specific responsibilities include:
Establish and nurture relationships with customers through phone calls and emails ?
Establish and nurture relationships with media operations team to adjust/improve customer advertisements ?
Identify and document customer challenges and expectations one-on-one or via surveys ?
Track and report digital ad performance, website performance and eNewsletter performance using Google's DFP (Doubleclick for Publishers), Google Analytics and Constant Contact ?
Assist in securing materials from advertisers and authors and confirm proper placement of media assets (e.g. leaderboard in eNewsletter, white paper on website, etc.) ?
Assist with posting pre-determined/scheduled content to LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook ?
Provide exceptional customer care and advocacy

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
