Inside Sales Rep Cleveland, Ohio
Our client, a global corporation, manufactures and sells 10's of thousands different products. They offer a comprehensive line of Life Sciences products and Fine Chemicals.
Position Location:
Cleveland, Ohio

Responsibilities:
Direct Inside Sales:
Perform lead follow up and verification
Contact potential and existing customers by telephone and email to qualify leads and sell products and services.
Qualify all leads from events to allow Outside Sales Reps availability to focus on hot leads and maximize sales impact.
Make outgoing customer calls in new customer areas
Collect details on business prospects prior to an on-site visit by the Outside Sales Rep.
Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
Emphasizes selling points, quotes, prices, and credit terms.
Prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
Sell product and place customer orders in the computer system.
Provide price quotations, product information, and product availability to internal and external customers.
Customer Service:
Responds to customer's questions
Ensure that all deliveries are timely
Builds and maintains customer relationship, coordinates demonstrations for customer trials and coordinates training as appropriate.
Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
Sales Support:
Provide Sales and Account support to the Outside Sales Team
Quotes (Fine Chemical & Life Science)
Distribution of Demos
Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date
Works with internal Product Managers
Education and
Experience:
Must Have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related science
Job Requirements:
Two to Five Years Inside Sales Experience preferred
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, AS400, Lotus Notes
Must have Green Card or be a US citizen
Compensation:
Base DOE $50-60K
Commissions: $10-15K

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
