Housing Attorney with 5-7 years of real estate experience

Cleveland office seeks affordable housing attorney preferably having 5-7 years of relevant experience.
The candidate must have a demonstrated commitment to this practice area, such as experience with mortgage revenue bond financings and restructurings, financings involving low-income housing tax credits and historic tax credits, transactions with bonds backed by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and GNMA, FHA insurance and other forms of HUD risk-sharing transactions and letter of credit transactions.
Experience with New Markets Tax Credits would be a plus.
Must be a member of the Ohio Bar or eligible to waive in.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
