Required Skills:
3-5 years working in a process tech or maintenance tech role within a rubber manufacturing plant.
Project management experience to include solid problem solving and continuous improvement
Already capable of working within a team where you can communicate clearly to all members up and down the organization
Rubber or Elastomer industry expertise is a must.
Responsibility:
My team oriented client is looking to add an up an coming Process Engineering technician to their team.
The client is looking for a hands on individual that has experience in the rubber industry that is looking to grow with the company.
The ideal Process engineer will be ready to help my growing manufacturer in the effective processing of rubber and elastomer materials.
Key responsibilities of the Process Technician will be to troubleshoot manufacturing processes to enhance productivity improvements.
Key focus will be continuous improvements throughout the process to optimize customer service, cost, safety and quality.
Be lead player in helping establish work procedures and assist with development of training documents.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
