Industrial Facility Manager
Position Mission
This associate will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the grounds and facility at 8700 Brookpark road. Duties will include but not be limited to electric, carpentry, plumbing, painting, cleaning, safety inspection, meter reading, and grounds and exterior building maintenance. This associate will also help identify repairs that will require additional help and with approval help schedule and ensure completion of jobs given to an approved contractor.
Key Areas of Responsibility
10%- Safety Inspections/Meter readings.
15%- Grounds inspection and maintenance.
15%- Exterior Building maintenance/repairs.
40%- Interior building maintenance/repairs
20% - Operations Maintenance
Formal Education / Certification Requirements
High School education or equivalent preferred. Trade school and previous industrial building maintenance experience necessary.
Job-Related Experience/ Skills/ Competencies
Building maintenance
Electrical experience with 110/220 VAC single fuse, 480 VAC and 3 phase experience a plus
Familiar with industrial building
Experience with commercial plumbing
Commercial multi-craft experience
Safety committee, advisory experience
Grounds maintenance experience
Commercial contractor experience
Travel Requirements
Minimal to no overnight travel required for position. Some local travel to parts sources and/or equipment
Must have valid Ohio driver's license and be insurable.
Physical Requirements
Lifting, climbing and working off of an elevated platform is a demand of the position.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
