Entry-Level to Skilled Technical Positions

Amotec Staffing represents one of the world's leaders in metal fabrication. Our client is currently seeking to fill multiple Entry-Level to Skilled Technical Positions including Skilled Welders, Overhead Crane Operators, Tow Motor Operators, Waterjet Operators, Maintenance Technicians, and other positions. These positions are being filled at their Westside Cleveland location.
Job Requirements:
o Must have personal protection equipment (gloves, steel toe boots, goggles, hard hat, etc.)
o Must have a team player mentality
o Interpersonal and communication skills
o Must be able to occasionally work long hours
o Must be comfortable working in high areas
o Ability to handle office and shop work professionally and correctly
o High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
o Tow motor, welding, or machine certifications are preferred for some positions but are not required
o Pleasant phone demeanor
o History of regular and punctual
o Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
o All employees must pass a drug test and background check
Additional Information:
Shift: 1st or 2nd shift (2nd shift priority)
Compensation: Pay is contingent upon the position and level of experience
o This company offers temp-to-perm positions with permanent placement 60 days after start date
o This company offers a strong profit sharing program after 6 months of permanent employment

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
