Our Client needs a Solution Manager Administrator for a Full Time position near Newburgh Heights, OH.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for the planning, design, configuration and implementation of all functional areas of SAP Solution Manager to support the implementation and ongoing support of the entire SAP landscape. This role will provide direction and support to multiple teams including basis, business analysts, functional consultants and the application support teams. This position is a key part of the ISD Shared Services team that has primary responsibility for all aspects of the application lifecycle maintenance from requirements gathering and business process modeling through implementation and ongoing support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Provide technical and functional expertise and hands-on configuration of all Solution Manager functionality
Develop, plan and execute software upgrades to enable new capabilities as they become available
Configuration of ChaRM for urgent and normal changes including workflow, automation and reporting
Configuration of application monitoring including business process operations and dashboards
Configuration of Solution Manager projects to support multiple implementation and maintenance projects
Identifying and implementing projects to continuously improve the usage of Solution Manager capabilities
Develop and maintain security roles within Solution Manager to support both project teams and global support teams
Configuration and ongoing support of technical integration into business process and testing solutions
Develop and deliver Solution Manager training and ongoing functional support to all technical and functional team members
Define and deliver governance model, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with SAP best practices
Ability to manage multiple deliverables, people, and projects and prioritize work accordingly
Success working within matrixed teams and with partners (internal and external) to deliver solutions
Works at highest technical advisory level on the most difficult analysis and design assignments
Will be considered the Senior Technical subject matter expert
Ability to lead others as a collaborative project team, in order to achieve project goals
Plan and oversee project delivery including the resolution of technical issues
More than 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP Solution Manager in a large enterprise with multiple SAP landscapes

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, customer service and presentation skills
Ability to sell IT initiatives at all levels of the organization
Ability to serve as a technical mentor to guide and to develop others
PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) including good documentation and analytical skills. Applicant should excel in a team environment, and must be a self-starter when it comes to learning new skills or staying current.
