Flexjet LLC, a leading provider of business jet travel needs is currently seeking a dynamic, innovative problem solver with a passion for high end Customer Service to join our growing team as an Owner Services Representative!

This position serves as the frontline to our affluent clientele of two sister companies that offer travelers access to the worlds most luxurious fleet of private jets and provide personalized private jet travel experiences for the worlds most successful people.

In this position, you can look forward to the following duties:

  • Serve as a concierge by scheduling travel and other accommodations based on individual needs
  • Communicate any changes, delays, or other potential disservice concerns
  • Work closely with operations/internal departments to resolve conflicts and serve as an owner advocate when appropriate

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
