High End Customer Service Representative
Flexjet LLC, a leading provider of business jet travel needs is currently seeking a dynamic, innovative problem solver with a passion for high end Customer Service to join our growing team as an Owner Services Representative!
This position serves as the frontline to our affluent clientele of two sister companies that offer travelers access to the worlds most luxurious fleet of private jets and provide personalized private jet travel experiences for the worlds most successful people.
Flexjet, LLC believes in our team and believes in hiring positive, passionate, goal oriented team members! Overall, this position will provide exemplary customer service to our clients by establishing, building, and maintaining long term relationships to ensure expectations are exceeded.

In this position, you can look forward to the following duties:
- Serve as a concierge by scheduling travel and other accommodations based on individual needs
- Communicate any changes, delays, or other potential disservice concerns
- Work closely with operations/internal departments to resolve conflicts and serve as an owner advocate when appropriate

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
