Cook Helper
Job
Summary:
Assists the Cook in the preparation and service of meals. Responsible for kitchen and dining area sanitation.
Duties:
Sweeps, mops, strips, waxes, and polishes floors as appropriate
Cleans pots, pans, dishes and utensils
Clears, cleans and sanitizes work and dining tables
Cleans and maintains storage areas
Segregates and removes trash containers to designated locations
Cleans garbage containers
Ensures adequate supplies of all utensils and condiments at every setting
Requirements
Experience:
One to three months related experience and/or training.
Education:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or equivalent combination and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
NRA Food Service Sanitation or equivalent/Serve Safe
