The Law Offices of Joseph T. Joseph Jr. has an immediate opening for an experienced personal injury paralegal in its downtown Cleveland office. Prior experience handling high volume of personal injury claims a must. Anyone without several years of personal injury experience will not be considered. Successful candidate must be organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail and a team player mentality required. Routine duties include client intake, opening and closing files, ordering and obtaining medical records and bills, preparing and submitting demand packages, fielding client phone calls, calendar oversight for attorneys, responding to interrogatories and requests for production of documents, preparing mediation brochures and Complaints as well as other day-to-day office duties. Computer proficiency of Microsoft Office is a must.
