POSITION SUMMARY

Flexjet, an award winning service based organization is currently seeking a CASS Program Specialist to join our team! The Continuous Analysis Surveillance System (CASS) Program Specialist will use significant troubleshooting skills coupled with strong data mining abilities and the ease of presenting information ensure aircraft reliability.
Successful candidate will be reliability minded and use knowledge of aircraft components and systems to work through trends to identify root cause of maintenance issues.
Collected information will be documented, actioned and integrated with the maintenance team to be monitored for performance.
Finally, the CASS Program Specialist will present results of collected data to leadership.
This position reports directly to Supervisor of Reliability and Warranty.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Provide ownership for the CASS system, including continuous improvement and safety projects
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of quality policies, programs, procedures, and processes within Technical Operations including coordination with FAA, coordination of maintenance and quality training, quality audits, acceptance of new aircraft and exit of used aircraft
  • Research aircraft conformity, compliance and configuration issues
  • Continually develop the CASS system for the surveillance of the Maintenance department's performance
  • Identify, track, and file regulatory event reports (SDR, MIS, etc.
    )
  • Track and record of Dispatch Reliability events (Delays and Cancellations)
  • Collect and organize data from various sources through reactive and proactive assessment for use in the CASS program and support for Technical Working Groups
  • Analyze statistical data, using risk assessment and root cause analysis by recording data, generating data, performing data mining and data analysis.
    Format and develop analytical data for presentations
  • Prepare audit and Quality Assurance program reports regarding the hazards and risks found during audits of the Maintenance In Process (MIP) and identifying discreet and systemic deficiencies through data analysis
  • Develop and publish reports as required for CASS
  • All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Aviation, or related field or equivalent industry experience
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to work and interact with departments throughout Internal and External Organizations
  • Knowledge of aircraft systems and components
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
  • Moderate knowledge for VBA and SQL
  • Thorough understanding of FAA regulations

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
