Full time opportunity for skilled maintenance person for apartment community.
Prefer two years experience in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and routine maintenance.
Must have vehicle for emergency on call rotation.
Previous maintenance work for apartment/residential setting a plus! Must be able to pass maintenance exam, criminal background check, and drug screen.
This position offers a full benefits package after 60 days, competitive compensation and the opportunity for growth.
Vehicle is required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
