Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager III
Description
Maintain activebusiness development effort through prospect calling, referral sourcemotivation and community involvement. Timely recording of sales andapprove credits within given authority. Present credit offerings to seniormanagement and be able to respond knowledgeably and confidently to management.
- Responsible forestablishing and maintaining relationships with sources of loan demand
- Preparerecommendations for structuring loans based on specific customer requirements
- Prepare necessarydocumentation to support the loan transaction process to include loanorigination, structuring and execution of large, complex transactions
- Perform necessaryactivities associated with the generation and assessment of new loans, includesrisk assessment, generating targeted returns from investments, structuringcredit terms, coordinating due diligence efforts, and may be responsible formarketing
- Act as the primarycontact representing the organization in key client relationships
Qualifications
- Requires 10 years of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management and performance management experience with ability to manage and grow significant customer portfolio
- A 4 year business degree with successful completion of a credit training program ,MBA helpful but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop deep meaningful relationships
- Proven sales ability with good computer skills for recording and tracking results
- REIT experience strongly preferred
