National Sales Partners, a Cleveland based marketing and management firm, fuels customer acquisition for top brands such as DIRECTV, AT&T, Vivint, ADT, Hughes, Spectrum, and more.

We need an awesome behind the scenes person who can work hand in hand with our leaders to get things done.


Responsibilities:

Deadline driven tasks

Help manage employee database

Customer credit card dispute management

Manage and oversee various projects and initiatives through to completion

Generate and compile various reports and analytic's

General office admin duties

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Help recruit and fill open positions as needed

Help with various projects and problems as they pop up throughout the day

Requirements:

Highly organized

Ability to work with data in excel

Ability to focus and multitask

Ability to learn quickly

Ability to work independently

Deadline driven

Proficient computer navigation skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Type 50
words per minute

Bachelor degree in related field and or 3
years proven experience

Exceptional communication (written and oral)/listening skills.

Aptitude for working with a range of roles and personalities.

Tolerance for ambiguity, unknowns, and rapidly shifting priorities.

Shift:
Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Located:
Mid-town Cleveland on Euclid Avenue. Free onsite parking.
Starting Pay:
$18 per hour to start.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
