Job Description

  • Develop and manage new and retrofit architectural and engineering projects
  • Supervise project teams and client delivery including coordination of final project deliverables
  • Help grow business by providing bridge designs and retrofits to new clients
  • Define the scope of services and prepare proposals
  • Regional travel is required in order to field verify projects and to attend site meetings

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field is required
  • Must have a strong background developing and managing civil engineering projects and engineering teams
  • Experience preforming structural analysis and prior experience in bridge projects is required
  • Excellent communication skills with customers is required
  • PE certification is highly preferred
