Job Description
- Develop and manage new and retrofit architectural and engineering projects
- Supervise project teams and client delivery including coordination of final project deliverables
- Help grow business by providing bridge designs and retrofits to new clients
- Define the scope of services and prepare proposals
- Regional travel is required in order to field verify projects and to attend site meetings
Key Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field is required
- Must have a strong background developing and managing civil engineering projects and engineering teams
- Experience preforming structural analysis and prior experience in bridge projects is required
- Excellent communication skills with customers is required
- PE certification is highly preferred
